What payment methods does Box Hub accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH bank transfers and wire transfers. Financing is also available for qualified buyers through our financing partners.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
It depends on your order. Many online purchases are paid in full at checkout to lock in delivery. Larger, custom, or bulk orders can be split into a deposit at order time and a balance due before your container is dispatched. Our sales team will confirm the exact terms for your order in writing.
Is it safe to enter my card information on your website?

Can my business pay by purchase order or wire transfer?
Yes. Businesses, schools, and government agencies can pay by wire transfer or purchase order. Bulk orders of 5 or more containers, and approved commercial accounts, may qualify for net payment terms. Contact our sales team to set this up before ordering.
When is my card actually charged?
Your card is authorized and charged when you place your order (or when your deposit is due, if applicable). Any remaining balance is charged prior to your container leaving the depot for delivery. You will receive an emailed receipt each time a charge is processed.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state and local rates. Tax-exempt organizations can submit documentation to our team to have tax waived prior to invoicing.
What if I need a refund?

Can I pay for a container rental monthly?
Yes. Container rentals require a refundable security deposit plus your first month's rent at signing, then bill automatically each month to your card or bank account on file.
